Croatia will have another representative in the Champions League final, with Luka Modrić and Real Madrid to vie for the trophy against Atletico Madrid.

Madrid rivals Real and Atletico will fight for the Champions League trophy in this year's Lisbon final.

Real Madrid convincingly won the semifinal against the defending champions Bayern Munich, winning the first leg 1:0, and then scoring another four at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday to win 5:0 on aggregate.

Croatian international Luka Modrić provided the assist for the first goal in the 16th minute, headed in by Sergio Ramos, with Real defender soon scoring his second of the match. Cristiano Ronaldo finished Bayern off with two more goals.

The first leg of the Atletico Madrid - Chelsea semifinal ended in a goalless draw, and Diego Simeone's team secured the berth with an away win at Stamford Bridge (3:1).

Chelsea took the lead in the 36th minute, when Fernando Torres found the net, but Atletico replied through Adrian Lopez, Diego Costa penalty, and Arda Turan.

Modrić will thus have the opportunity to win the prestigious title, on the May 24th, following the season in which Bayern's Mario Mandžukić scored against Borussia Dortmund in the Wembley final.
